Return and Shipping Policy

Infopack.es wants to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, you have up to 14 days (from the date of receipt) to make the return or change your order. Only returns or changes in their condition and original packaging are accepted and the returned item must be in perfect condition for sale, and must not show signs of use or damage. Any item that has undergone any type of modification will not be accepted as exchange or return.

To make the return, send us the product using the courier service that you want, bearing the shipping costs. It should be sent to:

Shipping costs

In infopack.es we use a courier service of our trust. Our main objective is to guarantee a fast, safe and quality delivery. The product is sent after the order is placed, and is delivered in approximately 3 working days in the Iberian Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and all European countries the delivery service will range between 4 and 7 days.

Infopack is not responsible for the management of the company contracted for this service, we can only track and recommend delivery schedules. It is not guaranteed that the carrier will follow exactly the delivery recommendations, or call before delivery. If you wish, we can provide you with the shipping identification number so you can check your status.
