Hispack 2021: new sectoring for a better visiting experience

Hispack 2021 is expected to bring together nearly a thousand direct exhibitors and the representation of more than 1,800 brands, representing an increase by 18% in company participation compared to 2018. The trade fair is planning to occupy a net surface area of more than 42,000m2 in halls 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Gran Via venue and grow by 12% in terms of visitors.


In order to improve the visitor experience and facilitate the attendance of new professional profiles that deal with packaging in their business, Hispack 2021 will structure its offer around seven large industries:

 

1) Labelling & Bottling. Bringing together and offering equipment and solutions for the processing, filling, bottling, sealing and labelling of beverages, oils and other liquid or semi-solid products. Labelling, coding, marking and traceability solutions will also be offered for any product.

 

2) Brand Packaging. It will include packaging solutions, formats, materials, and designs created for brands to improve their image, the user experience, and purchase of their products.

It will feature the Premiumpack space, a trends area with solutions and transversal applications for premium packaging to attract the most qualified professionals from the R&D&i, marketing, and trade marketing departments of large consumer companies (food and non-food), design, and branding agencies. The sector is growing and it is offering great opportunities to differentiate products in the beverages, Gourmet food, cosmetics, perfumery, and pharmaceuticals sectors.

 

 

The Brand packaging space will be complemented with all the novelties that make the PSD (Point of Sale Display) a powerful marketing tool to boost sales in the retail channel.

 

3) Industrial Packaging. Combining solutions and materials for secondary packing (more than one container) or packaging (tertiary packaging) of large volume industrial products that make the supply chain more efficient.

 

4) Packaging Machinery. Presenting equipment and technologies to improve and innovate production lines, processes and operations for the packaging of products: From equipment that allows the manufacture and moulding of containers, machinery for filling and sealing, for reading and verification, transport lines, conditioning and packaging equipment, etc.

 

5) Process, with machinery for the manufacture, preparation and treatment of food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical products, among others.

 

6) Automation, with systems and components for the automation and digitisation of the packaging process and end customer operations.

 

7) Logistics, with equipment for intralogistics and handling, storage, distribution and transport, covering systems that facilitate the reception of the product from the production centre to the consumer.
